Storm Restoration Process 

 

Pre-Inspection

• Before filing a claim with your insurance it’s important that you have a pre-inspection. Many Broken Arrow roofers and storm chasers will knock on your door encouraging you to file a claim, even without having an inspection. We strongly discourage this! In an inspection from one of our field reps, you can expect a safe and honest process. We assess the property in it’s entirety, specifically documenting all collateral damage to best advise you if the damages are claim-worthy. If and only if we find storm damage, we can walk you through the claims process.

 

File A Claim

• We make this process simple. If we find claim worthy damage, we will call your insurance company with you to ensure you know exactly what it going on with your property and what you can expect. After filing the claim, we will then wait to hear back about a day and time for the Adjuster Meeting.

 

On-Site Adjuster Meeting

• This step is one of the most important steps. Although your insurance agent may be on your side, field adjusters are moving so quickly from one inspection to another that they often overlook significant claim-worthy damages. Our job is to point out the damages we found in our initial Pre-Inspection to ensure those items are paid for by your insurance company.

 

Insurance Approval

• After the Insurance Adjuster Meeting, we stay in constant communication with your insurance carrier to make sure you as the property owner have the highest chance possible of having an approved claim.

 

Analyze Adjuster Report

• Our team often finds that adjusters miss anywhere from 15%-30% of the material your policy is supposed to cover and pay for. That hurts you as the property owner. Our team’s job is to document those missed line items and get them paid for so you can rest assured that you are getting every dollar you deserve for your claim. 

 

Property Restoration

• This is the step where you can sit back and relax while we take care of restoring your property. We run professional and certified crews, clean job sites, and ensure that any additional damages found are documented and billed to insurance, not you.
