At Ark, we use the 16Personalities test as part of our hiring process. This test helps us to better understand the personality of each job candidate and how they might fit into our company culture.

 

The 16Personalities test is based on a theory that has been researched and validated by psychologists, providing a helpful framework for understanding how people interact with the world. The 16Personalities test is administered online and takes about 10 minutes to complete. It measures several different personality traits and produces a detailed report that can be used to evaluate a person’s suitability for a particular job.
